About Byerley Park
Byerley Park is named after Byerley Turk, one of the three foundation stallions of the modern thoroughbred. Like the famed sire, the South Auckland-based operation aims to leave a legacy of success through the horses trained on the property, the bloodstock bred on the farm and the students and apprentice jockeys that graduate from the equine academy.
Byerley Park was established by Daniel Nakhle and his father Elias, reflecting their shared passion for thoroughbreds and giving them the opportunity mix business with pleasure.
Located in Kingseat, Byerley Park is just 12 minutes from the southern motorway offramp and close to leading stud farms Haunui Farm and Westbury Stud.
